The Community Foundation for Student Excellence (CFFSE) is excited to bring a family-oriented “BOOK-IT” 4 Books and their 4th annual CRUISE-IN to the Scappoose community on Saturday, June 14th from 9 am to 10 am. The event will be held in the Scappoose High School parking lot at 33700 SE High School Way (just off Highway 30). All proceeds will benefit students in Scappoose, Warren and Sauvie Island. This is a fun, family event that will help to raise funds dedicated to assist with the purchase of new textbooks for the Sauvie Island, Scappoose, and Warren schools. Please return your completed registration forms with your tax-deductible payment by June 1, 2008, if you are purchasing a “Walk” T-shirt. Registration for the 2 mile “BOOK-IT” 4 BOOKS is $5 per person or $20 for a family and $7 per T-shirt. Registration for Cruise-In vehicle entries is $10. Registration forms are available on the day of the event or Register Now. Please return your completed registration forms with your tax-deductible payment by June 1, 2008, if you are purchasing a “Walk” T-shirt. Please enjoy our “Cruise-In” Car show after you complete your walk. Food and refreshments will be available for purchase at the Scappoose High School upper parking lot. FUN ☺ FOOD ☺ CARS ☺ T-SHIRTS The Community Foundation for Student Excellence is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that formed in July 2003 to help generate supplemental funds for the Scappoose School District. Through tax-deductible donations, various fund-raising events, endowments and grants, the Foundation is helping the Scappoose School District generate supplemental funds to address such needs as new textbooks and technology upgrades.
